2. Service Description

Arrivals Malaysia is a private service that assists travelers with the preparation and submission of Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Malaysian government or any government agency.

Our service includes:

• Fast-track processing of MDAC applications
• Electronic Health Declaration assistance
• Document verification
• 24/7 customer support
• Email delivery of completed MDAC

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Ensure all passport and travel information is correct
• Submit your health declaration honestly
• Keep your application reference number secure
• Check your email (including spam folder) for our communications
• Comply with all Malaysian immigration laws and requirements

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Have a valid passport
• Be eligible to enter Malaysia
• Have a valid payment method

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fee is USD $19.00 per application. This fee covers:

• Application processing and verification
• Fast-track submission to Malaysian authorities
• 24/7 customer support
• Email delivery

Payment is processed securely through Stripe or WeChat Pay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Note: This fee is for our service only and does not include any government fees (the MDAC itself is currently free from the Malaysian government).

6. Processing Time

We aim to process applications within 24-48 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on:

• Volume of applications
• Accuracy of submitted information
• Malaysian immigration system availability
• Additional verification requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by Malaysian government systems or incomplete applications.

7. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee approval of your MDAC application
• We are not responsible for visa denials or entry refusals
• We are not liable for losses resulting from system downtime
• We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by users
• Our liability is limited to the service fee paid

9. Disclaimers

Important disclaimers:

• We are a private service, not a government agency
• The MDAC does not guarantee entry into Malaysia
• Final entry decisions are made by Malaysian immigration officers
• You must still comply with all Malaysian immigration requirements
• You are responsible for having valid travel documents
• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Arrivals Malaysia or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
